The Management Of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) On Friday, 23rd Of February, 2024, Lauded The Domestic Unit At The January Staff Motivation Program. The Moving Train Pulled Up At The Domestic Unit To Recognize The Valuable Contributions Of The Unit, As Well As Appreciate Some Members Who Were Outstanding In The Month. This Time, Miss. Hamzat Taiwo; Mr. Adegoke Seyi Kingsley; And Miss. Owolabi Ige Taiwo; Were The Recipients Of The January 2024 Edition Of The Happy Hour Programme. Expressing The Goal Of The Employee Motivation Exercise, The Director, Hospital Administration & Human Resources, Mr. Jelili Babatunde Oyekan, Said It Is One Of The Strategies Of Hospital Management To Recognize Outstanding Staff, Reward Excellence And Boost Staff Morale To Increase In Productivity Level. The Chief Medical Director LASUTH, Prof. Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, Who Was Represented By The Deputy Chairman Medical Advisory Committee, (Clinical Service), Dr. Ayodele Bamidele, In His Address Applauded The Unit For Their Efforts In Carrying Out Their Duties On Daily Basis. He Said The Hospital Can’t Function Effectively Without Good Hygiene And Clean Environment, Which Is Why The Unit Is Very Vital To The Hospital. He Then, Charged Them To Continue Executing Their Duties Excellently In The Hospital And Not Relent In Any Way. The Head Of Domestic Unit, Sanitarian Abdul-Ganiu O. Kareem Appreciated The Management For Counting The Unit Worthy Of Such Recognition. He Also Said The Function Of Health Attendants Cannot Be Over Emphasized In The Hospital, On That Note He Assured The Management Of The Unit’s Continuous Commitment To Work. Ms. Hamzat Taiwo Responded On Behalf Of The Awardees, Appreciating The Management For Honor, Recognition And Reward For Their Unit And Also Made Promises To The Management That Herself And Her Colleague Will Keep The Flag Flying, Having Being Encouraged Through This Program.
