The Event Commenced With An Opening Address By Director Of Clinical Services And Training, Prof. Adebowale O. Adekoya, Who Emphasized On The Crucial Role That Healthcare Professionals Play In Advancing The Industry. He Praised The Awardees For Achieving Remarkable Success And Encouraged The Recipients Of Awards To Continue In Their Pursuit Of Academic Excellence While Diligently Carrying Out Their Duties Of Saving Lives And Maintaining High Standards Of Healthcare. While Acknowledging Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu For Ensuring Sufficient Funding And Approval For All Initiatives Of The Hospital, Some Of Which Are Donor Driven Because Of Management's High Network Capabilities. He Confirmed The Efforts Of The Hospital In Tackling The Issue Of Brain Drain By The Express Implementation Of Mr. Governor’s Approval Of Exit Replacement Program, Aimed At Replacing Members Of Staff Who Resign Or Retire, This Ensures Uninterrupted Flow Of Services. Furthermore, The CMD Said The Hospital Has Tapped Into The Mandate Of Creating Training Opportunities That Will Enable People Provide Quality Services To The State And Nation At Large.
