The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) And Lagos State College Of Medicine (LASUCOM) In Conjuction With Chapel Of St. Luke The Physician, Anglican Communion, Held The Year 2023 Christmas Carol, On Monday 18th, December 2023. The Chief Medical Director Prof. Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, In His Remark, Said The Season Calls For Sober Reflection And Not Just A Time For Merriment Alone. He Saluted The Staff Of The LASUTH/LASUCOM Community For Their Dedication And Hard Work Through The Year. He Also Thanked The Chaplin Of The Church, Venerable Stephen Adesoye, For His Prayers Over The Hospital As It Has Yielded Lots Of Testimonies. He However, Besought The Venerable To Continue To Pray For The Hospital And Its Staff To Keep Thriving In The Coming Years. He Also Noted That The Hospital Has Made A Lot Of Significant Progress In The Past Year, From Improved Services To Infrastructural Development. He Continued By Saying That, The Management Of The Hospital Is Not Resting On Its Oars In Ensuring That The Hospital Expands Its Services To Accommodate More Patients, Thereby, Maintaing Its Reputation Of Being The Preferred Destination For Tertiary Health Services. Pastor Kingsley Aile, Who Preached The Sermon During The Carol Service, Focused On Three Major Points Which Were, Peace And Tranquility In The Country, The Assurance Of Hope And Total Confidence In God. The Highpoint Of The Carol Service Was The Rendition Of Special Christmas Songs By Choristers Of The Church And Invited Choir Groups. The Carol Was Attended By The Director Clinical Services And Training, Prof. Adebowale Adekoya, Director Hospital Administration And Human Resource, Mr. Jelili Babatunde Oyekan, Provost Of LASUCOM, Prof. Abiodun Adewuya: Director Finance And Accounts, Mrs. Titilope Alaka, Director Nursing Services, Mrs. Adebola Aina And Other Members Of Management And Staff Of LASUTH And LASUCOM.
