The Family Of The Late Yeye Otunba Modupeola Adebola Talabi Donated A Cash Sum To Support Indigent Breast Cancer Patients Receiving Treatment At The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), In Commemoration Of The 10th Anniversary Of Her Passing, On Thursday, 16 July 2026.
Speaking On Behalf Of The Family, Otunba Olumide Talabi Explained That The Donation Is In Honour Of His Late Wife, Whose Life Was Defined By Kindness And Compassion For The Wellbeing Of Others. He Expressed The Family's Hope That Her Legacy Would Continue To Inspire Compassion While Making A Meaningful Difference In The Lives Of Women And Families Confronting The Challenges Of Breast Cancer.
Receiving The Donation On Behalf Of The Hospital, The Chief Medical Director, Professor Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, Appreciated The Talabi Family For Their Thoughtful And Humanitarian Gesture. He Assured The Family That The Funds Would Be Deployed To The Treatment And Medications Of A Carefully Selected Indigent Breast Cancer Patient.
